ICEL 1998 Missal

For those who find the “new missal” prayers unwieldy, often unintelligible, and cumbersome to say aloud there is an alternative  ‘approved by English speaking Bishops’ Conferences if unapproved by curia’ option in the ICEl 1998 Missal.

For your information the following are included in an extract from the 1998 Missal for the Season of Lent;

Opening Prayer, Prayer over the Gifts and Prayer after Communion for Masses during Lent and Prefaces for Lent.

Try downloading and printing it for yourself and compare with the ‘old missal’ and the ‘new missal’.
