We had an excellent meeting with Angela here in Edinburgh last Tuesday evening. It obviously is a difficult subject but her presentation was inspiring and enlightening for us all and so obviously well researched.
I was urging her after the meeting to share some of her erudition with us on this site.
PS. We were still at Mass this morning. However, no sign of peace, no communion on the tongue, no chalice, dry holy water fonts, no hymn books –single hymn sheets instead, and no lay ministry bringing Holy Communion to the housebound. There were large empty spaces in the church.
