Reviews and endorsements: ‘When I took Fr Joe Lucey’s course “The Art of Being Still”, I learned the mantra “I have arrived, I am home.” A Quiet Space tells the story of how the Sanctuary became the place where so many have arrived and found the stillness that we need, more than we realised.’Frank Allen, first chair of the Sanctuary board ‘If the Sanctuary and its gardens could speak, they would have stories totell. Stories of solace, stories of healing, stories of peace, stories of hope.Meditating in this beautiful space is like treading softly on a mosaic ofstepping stones, their ever-changing hues continually leading me home.’Barbara Whelan, long-time Sanctuary community member |
