Dear friends, I’m sharing the following information on an upcoming programme that may be of interest to anyone involved in Church leadership or group facilitation. 

The Discernment in Common and Apostolic Planning (DICAP) formation offers a unique opportunity for those in leadership or facilitation roles within Church and/or community contexts to grow in their capacity for communal discernment, collaborative decision-making, and apostolic planning, rooted in Ignatian spirituality and the vision of synodality.
Programme Highlights:Dates: 7th–15th May 2026 (residential) + 2 online follow-up sessions
Location: Manresa, Dublin
Participants: Limited to 30 leaders/facilitators
