Julieann Moran: News from the Universal Synod

A Press Conference to present the work and format of the Second Session of the Universal Synod (2-27 October 2024) took place on Monday, 16 September from the Holy See Press Office. Several documents relating to the Assembly were then made available. They include the full list of participants, a calendar of times and events, the rules and regulations of the Assembly, the methodology for the Assembly, information on a penitential prayer service to be held on 1 October, and information about an ecumenical prayer service to be held on 11 October.
