Rafael is a Lay Venezuelan theologian, appointed as Expert of the Theological Commission of the General Secretariat for the Synod of Bishops. Also, Expert of CELAM (Latin American Bishops Council) and Member of the Theological Advisory Team of the Presidency of CLAR (Latin American Confederation of Religious Men and Women). Rafael is the author of several books including Pope Francis and the Theology of the People.

Format:

8.25pm      Closing Prayer

8.30pm      Opportunity to meet in Breakout Rooms based on Diocese/Parish or ‘open’ groups.
