While we'd all love to have Pope Francis visit it would be wiser if he were to conserve his energy for tackling the problems that need to be confronted by him in church
From what we know about the resolving of disputes, when the process is brought to the courts the end result is generally far greater cost. This seems to be especially true of the US justice system.
