Julieann Moran: Synod Update

Evaluating Women’s Experiences: Share your voice…The World Union of Catholic Women’s Organisations (WUCWO) and the World Women’s Observatory (WWO) is seeking the assistance of women who were actively engaged in the Universal Synod at diocesan, national, or continental levels.

Since launching the WWO in 2021 under the principle “listening to transform lives,” both these bodies have supported women in synodality by creating spaces for dialogue and training, via the WUCWO’s School for Synodality. These efforts are ongoing and they now seek to take a vital step forward—evaluating the progress and experiences of women involved in the Synodal process.

Their survey consists of 14 quick questions, mostly multiple-choice, and is available in English here. The survey results will be published on their website and shared with the Secretariat of the Synod to inspire actionable steps.

The survey remains open until 12 May 2025.
