Christmas Presiders Pages published

To facilitate people taking time off over Christmas, the entire set of Christmas Presiders Page has now been published, up to and including New Years Day. These pages can be used by priests at Sunday Mass, or may be printed out as a courtesy to visting priests. (Each contains a very brief Opening Comment and Introduction to the Penitential Rite and to the Readings, together with sample Bidding Prayers — these could also be used by a lay presider if circumstances prevent a priest from presiding).
Prayers from the 1998 ICEL Missal are also included for each Sunday Mass: the Opening Prayer, Prayer Over the Gifts, Preface, Eucharistic Prayer and Prayer after Communion.
These pages, prepared by Bernard Cotter, can be found under the LITURGY tab (top of page — ‘LITURGY PREPARATION’), or in the LITURGY section in the sidebar to the right of this page, in the subsection ‘PRESIDERS PAGES’.
• The ACP wishes presiders, both lay and ordained, a happy and restful Christmas.
