Introduction (by the Presider): The Lord has worked marvels for us, so we bring forward our prayers with confidence

1.  For all who suffer, in mind, body or spirit, that they may experience the healing power of Christ (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
2.  For those who have problems with their sight, that help and understanding may be given them (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
3.  For the people who beg in the streets of our towns and cities, that they may experience kindness (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
4.  For all of, as the clock goes back and the evenings lengthen, they we may be safe, on the roads and at home (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
5.  For our young people and their teachers, that their midterm break may bring them a new enthusiasm (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
6.  For those who have died (especially N & N), that they may have the reward of their labours (pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.

The Presider may add: For a quiet moment, we pray for our own needs (LONG pause for silent prayer). Lord, hear us.
